New year, new announcements! I'm in the process of completing the first pack for Axe-Fx 3, and that will be the Joshua Tree Tour 2019 pack! You can take a look at the setlist here.
And of course it will be available for AF2 and AX8 too.
Speaking of legacy processors, I came to the tough decision to update all packs to the current latest fw's (Ares 2 for AF2, Quantum 10.01 for AX8) and suspend the updates on the older packs, unless FAS come up with something revolutionary in the future.
The good news is that I will still be publishing packs for legacy processors, including non U2 packs! In fact, in the last couple years I've been playing with a few different bands and I decided to publish the tones I made based on other bands, such as Radiohead, Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Oasis, Muse, Coldplay, Queen to name a few.
The format for these packs will be "Rigs of the stars" or something like it, with 1 preset per artist and multiple scenes to cover the main tones of each guitarist. It's going to be fun, and I'm looking forward to finish updating the U2 packs before jumping into this new chapter!
